7-Day Money Back Refund Guarantee Terms and Conditions
A full refund will be provided if you have accessed the course materials and have not studied more than 25% of the course. Or have not completed the course assessment and/or downloaded a certificate.
If you, as a student, are unhappy with such a Course you must make a written request for a refund within seven (7) days of the date that you paid for access to that Course.
To request a refund, please contact us via studentsupport and provide your purchase details, the reason for the refund and order number.
Our team will carefully investigate if you are eligible for a refund and this process may take up to 30 days.
If you are eligible for a refund, Courses For Success will issue a refund within 30 days and you will be provided with an e-mail acknowledgment.
If you wish to study a different course or wish to upgrade your purchase, we would be happy to provide an alternate course or the upgrade, providing you advise us within 7 days of receiving your course. Please email studentsupport and provide your purchase details and order number.
* Please note: We do not offer refunds for Course Bundles. This includes Mega Bundles, 2,3,5,10 and Build Your Own Bundles. This is because a lot of administration work goes into coordinating and setting them up in our systems, as well as providing them to you. Therefore, we kindly ask you to ensure that your chosen courses in the course bundles are exactly what you require before making a purchase. We are confident that you will be satisfied with the quality of our course bundles and appreciate your understanding regarding our no-refund policy for bundles.
We reserve the right to provide a replacement course in the event an incorrect course is provided at time of purchase. Once this is replaced the normal refund policy will apply.
